All capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the GoodResto App and Website - Terms of Service, unless expressly stated otherwise.

When You make a Reservation, Your contact details and reservation details are shared with the Venue so the Venue can manage the Reservation. For Personal Data processed in connection with a Reservation, the roles are as follows:

GoodResto is not responsible for Venue’s internal data practices once the data transfer has occurred.

How do We keep Your information safe? We have organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect Your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify Your information.

What are Your rights? GoodResto processes Personal Data primarily within the European Union. If data is processed or stored in other jurisdictions (for example, through third-party hosting, analytics, or email service providers), We ensure that such processing is carried out in compliance with GDPR.

GoodResto does not supervise, control, or influence how a Venue processes Personal Data after receiving it. Venues are solely responsible for complying with applicable data protection obligations in relation to the Personal Data they receive. If You wish to exercise data protection rights (e.g., access, correction, deletion) regarding Personal Data processed by a Venue, You must contact the Venue directly.

When a Venue manually enters Personal Data of a customer (e.g., phone, walk-in, or email reservation), the Venue is the independent Data Controller of such data.

GoodResto processes such data solely on behalf of the Venue as a Data Processor, providing system infrastructure, storage and communication features.

In Short: We do not currently use cookies or other tracking technologies in our Services. If we decide to implement cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will inform End Users and provide options to manage consent in accordance with applicable laws.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
